Your name, a PIN you choose, your email address, and — only if you opt in — your mobile phone number. We also store the picks and votes you submit in the pool.
To run the pool: showing picks to other members of your team, tallying results, and sending you notifications when picks are due. Email goes through Resend; text messages go through Twilio. Both act only on our instructions.
Your phone number and your opt-in are used solely to send pool alerts. We do not send marketing, and we never sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own purposes. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; we will remove your number from alerts immediately.
Data is stored in a Supabase database and served through Netlify. It is retained for the duration of the season and can be deleted on request.
Ask the commissioner or email picks@webercirca.com to update or delete your information at any time.
